Rob is a court-approved mediator who specializes in family law disputes, including divorce, custody, and child support.
He graduated from the S.J. Quinney College of Law (University of Utah) in 2018 and holds a Juris Doctorate. During law school, he focused exclusively on family law and dispute resolution.
Rob became a mediator to help people resolve serious family law disputes without having to go to court. Having worked within the legal system, he knows it can be an expensive and emotionally taxing process. His goal is to make it easy for people to resolve their disputes in a calm, neutral environment.
Rob has trained under some of Utah's top family law mediators and continues to shadow and co-mediate with others on a regular basis.
He is a member of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts, the Utah Council on Conflict Resolution, and a provisional member of the Utah Association of Collaborative Professionals.
Rob speaks Spanish and is happy to work with Spanish-speaking clients. He also strives to be an ally to the LGBTQ+ community and enjoys working with mixed-orientation and mixed-faith families.
Rob is a husband and the father of four children, one of whom has severe special needs. Because of this, he has a special interest in discussing parenting plans for children with disabilities or other unique circumstances.
