Mediator Positions

We are hiring associate mediators with experience in family law.

Requirements

• Court-Rostered Mediator (Basic)
• Experience in family law
• Excellent people skills
• Strong writing skills
• Ability to mediate via Zoom or in person
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to work in a team environment

Preferred Skills and Credentials

• Domestic-Rostered Mediator
• Law degree or other legal training

Bonus Skills and Credentials

• Licensed to practice law in Utah (attorney or LPP)
• Financial skills (budgeting, accounting, investing, etc)
• Spanish language skills

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly compensation based on billable rate
• Mentoring
