In order to secure your mediation date, please complete the following steps:

1. Pay the Deposit

The cost of mediation is $225 per hour, split evenly between the parties.

For a half-day mediation (4 hours), each party must pay a deposit of $225. This payment covers each party's half of the first 2 hours mediation.

At the end of the session, each card will be charged for the remainder of the bill. For example, if the mediation lasts 3 hours total, each party's cards will be charged an additional $112.50.

2. Sign the Agreement to Mediate

All parties must sign an Agreement to Mediate prior to mediation. This agreement covers all the policies of mediation, including confidentiality, respect, and timeliness.

3. Complete Intake Paperwork (if no attorney)

If you are not represented by an attorney, use the following link to share basic information about your case. If you are represented by an attorney, you do not need to complete this step.
