In order to secure your mediation date, please complete the following steps:

1. Pay the Deposit

The cost of mediation is $225 per hour, split evenly between the parties.

For a full-day mediation (8 hours), each party must pay a deposit of $450. This payment covers each party's half of the first 4 hours mediation.

At the end of the session, each card will be charged for the remainder of the bill. For example, if the mediation lasts 6 hours total, each card will be charged an additional $225.

2. Sign the Agreement to Mediate

All parties must sign an Agreement to Mediate prior to mediation. This agreement covers all the policies of mediation.
